
Software Engineer- Autonomous Driving

- Design, prototype, develop, test, release, and maintain software components for autonomous driving systems.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for core autonomous driving functions, including but not limited to SLAM, behavior planning, motion planning, motion control, and perception. Prior experience in these domains is a plus, but not required.
- Build and integrate simulation and real-world testing environments for system verification and validation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to adapt and deploy solutions in real-world projects.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues across the software stack.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, computer architecture, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in modern C++ and Python.
- Ability to design and implement performance-critical code.
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- Knowledge in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, and probability).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
- Experience or familiarity with robotics or automotive systems.
- Understanding of modern software development practices, including version control, code review, continuous integration, and testing.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex codebases.
