Requirements

- General SW engineer로서의 경력이 10년~15년 정도이시거나 그와 대등한 수준의 실력 및 소프트 스킬을 갖추신 분
- 10명 내외 규모의 엔지니어링 팀에서 팀장 역할을 해 주실 의향이 있으신 분(피플 매니저 경험이 필수는 아닙니다. 좋은 매니저가 되기 위해 같이 공부하고 수련하실 의지가 있으시면 됩니다.)
- 대규모의 코드, 복잡한 코드를 직접 다루어 보신 분
- 컴퓨터 구조, 운영체제, 자료구조, 알고리즘 등에 대해 잘 아시는 분
- Modern C++을 아시는 분
- 선진적인 엔지니어링 문화와 베스트 프랙티스를 적극적으로 도입하고 활용할 의지가 있으신 분
- 엔지니어들과 영어로 의사소통하실 수 있으신 분(저희 회사에서는 영어 반, 한국말 반 정도 쓰는 것 같습니다.)
