Maintain our autonomous driving and 3D vision products with the highest standards of software integrity for safety-critical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Hire the best talents and develop them to build a strong team

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality product delivery in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate closely with the product team to translate business needs into technical requirements, architectural designs, and actionable tasks for engineering teams.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems and infrastructure.

Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges faced by customers and the industry, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of hands-on C++ software development experience, preferably with modern C++ standards (C++11 and above).

Expertise in one or more of the following domains: Middleware (e.g., DDS, SOME/IP), Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, Computer Vision, Autonomous Driving, Robotics, Real-Time Systems.

Strong understanding of microservice architectures and distributed systems.

Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.

Series production experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry.

Experience with various sensors, including cameras, radar, lidar, GPS, and ultrasound, and knowledge of sensor data processing.

Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.

Experience designing and managing high-availability systems.

In-depth knowledge of network technologies and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP).

Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
