Mission of the Role

Learn how a company is actually run - from inside the core of a Physical AI company preparing to go public.
Seoul Robotics is a Physical AI company building industrial autonomous driving solutions. We're now scaling fast
toward our next stage of growth. This role sits right in the middle of it. As part of the Strategy Team, you'll see how IR materials, government-funded
R&D programs, company contracts, and operating processes actually work - from the inside, not the outside. This
isn't learning from case studies; it's watching, in real time, how a company builds itself for its next stage.
You don't need to walk in with every skill already mastered. What we look for is ownership and learning agility -
noticing what's missing without being told, and seeing it through to the end. Everything else, we'll build together.

Key Responsibilities

1. R&D Program Operations (40%)
• Draft R&D project reports and submission documents (alongside the project lead).
• Administrative follow-up with evaluation agencies and consortium partners.
• R&D budget execution and deliverable management.
2. Strategy Team Projects (30%)
• Support projects across R&D, IP, and strategy initiatives.
• Research and discovery work for new initiatives.
• Internal process improvement - designing and operating workflow tools and templates.
3. Executive & IR Support (30%)
• Help prepare IR decks and other investor-facing materials.
• Help draft executive communications and briefing materials.

Basic Qualifications

• Native-level Korean and business-level English - the role requires both handling Korean administrative and
government documents and communicating in English internally and externally.
• Ownership mindset - you take an ambiguous task, define it yourself, and drive it to completion.
• Learning agility - you quickly pick up unfamiliar processes, tools, and terminology and make them your own.
• An eye for detail - you review your own output before it goes out.
• Comfortable with, or able to quickly master, documentation and collaboration tools such as Google
Workspace, Notion, and Excel.
• Graduating soon or within 1-2 years of graduation, and able to work 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in technology commercialization and strategy / planning work.
• Hands-on experience in management support, research administration, or back-office work (including
internships / part-time).
• Experience with budget execution, documentation, and reporting for government-funded R&D projects.
• Experience applying AI / automation tools to your work.
• Driver's license a plus.

What You Will Take From This Role

• A front-row view of how the back office of a pre-IPO company is built, from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with government-funded R&D projects - a rare asset you can later extend into an R&D
planning or business development career.
• The autonomy to apply AI tools to real work and design processes yourself.

Working Conditions

1. Full-time conversion
Conversion is reviewed based on your performance and team fit during the internship period; strong performers
can convert early, before the internship ends. After conversion, as a full-time member of the Strategy Team, you'll
work with us to define the track - R&D planning, company operations, or strategy projects - that best fits your
growth direction.
2. Internship period, location & compensation
[3-6] months, full-time (40 hours/week), based at our Seoul office. Compensation follows company policy.
