원활한 운영을 담당하실 능동적이고 조직적인 전문가를 사무실 관리자를 모집합니다. 빠르게 변화하는 스타트업 환경에서 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력, 문제 해결 능력, 그리고 다양한 요구사항을 효과적으로 우선순위에 맞춰 처리하는 능력이 중요한 역할입니다.
주요 업무

Office & Facility Operations (30%)
- HQ·판교 R&D 오피스 비품 재고 및 구매 관리
- 사무실시설 이슈 발생 시 대응
- 유지보수 협업사 관리 및 외부 방문자 응대
Vendor · Payment · Asset Management (30%)
- 정기결제 벤더 운영 및 카드은행 결산
- SaaS 카드 결제 및 어드민 계정 관리
- IT 자산 대장 및 법인 차량 관리
Onboarding Support (10%)
- Welcome Kit 준비 및 입사퇴사 절차 실무 지원
Ad Hoc (30%)
- 회사 문서계약 체결 관리
- 임원 출장 예약 지원
- 사내 총무 업무, 이벤트 준비 및 그 외 임시 업무 지원
자격 요건
학력
- 학사 학위 이상
필요 사항
- 사무실 관리 역할에서 최소 2년 이상의 근무 경험
- 빠르게 변화하는 스타트업 환경에서 우선순위를 정하고 적응할 수 있는 능력
- 문제 해결 능력과 능동적인 문제 접근 방식
- 기밀 정보를 다룰 때 신뢰성 및 전문성 있는 태도
- 영어 사용에 거부감이 없는 마인드
- 운전면허 (필수)
우대 사항
- 비즈니스 영어 사용 가능자
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 및 Google Calendar 또는 Outlook과 같은 일정 관리 도구에 대한 기술 숙련도
