POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead change management initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment and execution of change management processes, ensuring a smooth transition across all impacted teams and business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives related to the integration of the acquired company.
  • Co-develop the case for change, benefit case, and program approach to ensure successful execution of individual projects.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Create comprehensive communication plans tailored to various internal and external audiences, ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization.
  • Identify and manage program risks, including the development of mitigation strategies to manage uncertainties.
  • Oversee the execution of change management training programs and assist with the development of training materials.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and implement change management solutions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure all relevant parties are informed of project status, issues, and outcomes.
  • Ensure that all change initiatives are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop high-level project plans and timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Document change management outcomes, issues logs, and lessons learned to inform future projects.
  • Monitor the overall health of the program and report on progress to senior leadership.
  • Implement the submission module of Veeva, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure quality experience and compliance throughout the change management process.
  • Possess strong program management and project management experience, with a focus on project manager responsibilities.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project execution and team collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale change initiatives, ideally within a post-acquisition context.

Technical Experience:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Regulatory experience, particularly in implementing submission modules.
  • Strong program management and project management background.
  • Experience with Product Management.
  • Experience with Product Innovation Marketing.
  • Experience with Use Conditions.
  • Experience with Human Factors.
  • Experience with Device, ideally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams with varying deadlines.

COMPENSATION:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,537.14 yearly in our lowest geographic market up to $188,305.70 yearly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
