POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee various IT and software development projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, from inception to completion, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, LIMS, Product Software, IT Management, Software Development Lifecycle, and Integration. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong initiative, cross-functional ability, and leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and integration with other systems.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business needs, processes, and requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable project plans and ensure they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee IT projects from planning through execution and delivery. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of LIMS, ensuring it meets the specific needs of the organization. Work closely with laboratory staff to optimize workflows and data management.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of product software, ensuring it aligns with market needs and business goals. Collaborate with product teams to define software requirements and oversee the development process.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT operations, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives. Manage IT resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead integration projects to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems and applications. Develop and implement integration strategies that enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives that enhance project outcomes and organizational performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to ensure project success. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.
  • Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and deliver high-quality results.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Technical Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce implementation and optimization.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in IT Project Management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with LIMS implementation and management.
  • Strong background in product software development and management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT Management principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience leading integration projects and developing integration strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring project teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

COMPENSATION:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,124.67 yearly in our lowest geographic market up to $142,655.84 yearly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
