Serene Home Nursing Agency is a licensed home care agency proudly serving Long Island and Queens. We provide private duty home care nursing, skilled nursing visits, school nursing cases, and facility staffing, delivering high-quality, compassionate care across multiple settings.

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing clinical team and help us continue providing exceptional care to the communities we serve.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Serene, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including:

• Private duty home care nursing cases
• Skilled nursing visits
• School nursing assignments
• Facility staffing placements

Many assignments offer 1-to-1 patient care, allowing you to focus on delivering hands-on, attentive nursing support in a calm, supportive environment. You’ll work closely with RNs, physicians, families, and care teams while providing essential clinical care that makes a real difference in patients’ daily lives.

Requirements

• Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Vent, Trach, and G-Tube experience preferred (training provided if needed)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional with strong clinical skills

Locations We Serve

• Queens
• Nassau County
• Suffolk County (including Eastern Suffolk)

Shift Types

• 4, 6, 8, 12, and up to 16-hour shifts available
• Full-time and part-time positions currently available
• Please note: Per diem availability is not being accepted at this time
• Day, evening, overnight, school-hour, and weekend shifts available

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Direct Deposit
• LPNs: $35 – $38 per hour
• Skilled Visits: $50 – $65 per visit
