At Sergeants Electric, our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers, and they play a key role in creating the exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused CSR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people solve problems.

If you're someone who can confidently manage a busy phone line, stay calm under pressure, and deliver outstanding customer service while keeping schedules organized and running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

 

Pay & Schedule

  • $17–$22 per hour (based on experience)

  • Full-Time Position

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Rotating Weekends, On-Call Schedule Required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Make outbound to customers on follow up recommendations or schedule annual maintenance
  • Schedule and dispatch service appointments
  • Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
  • Handle emergency and priority scheduling situations
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service
  • Maintain accurate customer information and notes
  • Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Help maximize schedule efficiency and booking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous CSR, call center, dispatching, or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team mentality
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Professional and dependable
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during busy periods
  • Experience in home services or Service Titan or House Call Pro is a plus, but not required
