At Sergeants Electric, our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers, and they play a key role in creating the exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back.
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused CSR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people solve problems.

Pay & Schedule

$17–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Rotating Weekends, On-Call Schedule Required
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound to customers on follow up recommendations or schedule annual maintenance
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments
- Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
- Handle emergency and priority scheduling situations
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Help maximize schedule efficiency and booking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous CSR, call center, dispatching, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Professional and dependable
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during busy periods
- Experience in home services or Service Titan or House Call Pro is a plus, but not required
