Overview of the Job

We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst (Associate to Mid-Level) to play a key role in our financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. In this role, you'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and providing insights that support key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide clear financial insights and contribute to Sertis' growth.

In this Role, You Will Get To:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making
• Partner with business units to develop financial models and business cases
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate reporting
• Improve internal reporting tools and processes for efficiency and clarity

You’ll Be Successful If You Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, accounting, and strategic finance.
• Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, accounting systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex financial and accounting information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
