Overview of the job

As part of our Business Analyst team, you'll play a vital role in leading data transformation initiatives for one of our major retail clients. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll help shape data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements from various business units

• Translate business challenges into clear and structured data and analytics requirements

• Align stakeholders and facilitate key decisions that drive solution design

• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication between business and tech teams

• Offer strategic advice on data governance, architecture, and implementation approaches

• Contribute to defining project scope, documenting requirements, and validating data solutions

• Utilize your knowledge of SAP and enterprise data systems to foresee integration complexities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Project Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Architects

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship building

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Project Management within data or digital transformation projects

• Experience working with large enterprise clients, especially in retail or consumer sectors

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and leading client discussions

• Ability to identify business problems and convert them into technical specifications

• Familiarity with data platforms, architecture, and analytics pipelines

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities in both Thai and English

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple priorities

• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 80% of the time
