About the job

Our Data Analyst - Business Intelligence will be responsible for helping some of the biggest clients in South East Asia turn their data into magical solutions! By magical solutions we mean: turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Key responsibilities for this role would include creating dashboards and providing insights during presentations and/or business reviews.

What are the responsibilities of a Data Analyst - Business Intelligence?

In this role, you will get to:

• Gather information from clients and map business requirements to technical requirements
• Gather data, transform and aggregate from external and internal sources
• Develop dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems and recommendations based on relevant data to clients
• Work in sprint-based project team to perform key step in dashboard development process, ranging from data preparation to dashboard visualization
• Combine data analytics and data visualization techniques to support the team to develop analysis report
• Organize and present data in a clear, concise manner

Requirements for this role are: 

• At least 1 years experience in business data, data visualization and storytelling with data
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management tools
• Quick learner, problem-solving attitude 
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand and identify requirements/objectives
• Strong communication skills, verbally and written
• Able to work with cross functional teams, dive deep into the details
• Experience in Python, PySpark for data processing is a plus
• Experience in Retail is preferred but not required
