About the job 

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing complex IT projects across software development, system implementation, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.

In this role, you will get to:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT project delivery across areas such as:
  • Software development
  • System implementation
  • Infrastructure deployment
  • Digital platform initiatives
• Define project strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with business goals
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure milestones are achieved on time
• Coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
• Lead project teams by assigning responsibilities and ensuring effective collaboration
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Oversee project governance, documentation, and reporting processes
• Drive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Conduct strategic analysis and solution planning to improve project outcomes
• Manage vendor-related activities including:
  • RFP preparation
  • Vendor evaluation and selection
  • Contract coordination
• Represent and oversee project delivery across multiple business units when required

You’ll be successful if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), system implementation, enterprise technology projects
• Proven track record in managing large-scale or complex IT projects
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies: Agile / Scrum / Waterfall
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)

It's a plus if you have:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs
• Experience working in large-scale organizations or platform-based environments
• Familiarity with: cloud technologies, enterprise systems, modern software architecture
