About the job 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business understanding with strong technical and analytical skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, and other analytics professionals to transform complex data into meaningful insights and scalable BI solutions. 

In this role, you will get to:

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as QlikSense, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support product, operational, and strategic decisions
• Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, and reporting structures
• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and reliable reporting
• Present findings to both technical and business stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior analysts where needed

You’ll be successful if you have:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with QlikSense (a must) and other tools such as Looker, PowerBI
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data clearly to business stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

It's a plus if you have:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Spark, Databricks
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital platform businesses
• Experience with data governance, BI strategy, or mentoring junior team members
