About the job 

Business Analyst will work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery of systems and process improvements. This role is suitable for both junior and senior candidates, depending on experience.

In this role, you will get to:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements
• Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, and solution proposals
• Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors to identify suitable solutions and resolve issues
• Support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in software development projects using SDLC or Agile methodologies
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and project go-live activities
• Help ensure smooth transition from project implementation to operations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support key business initiatives

 You’ll be successful if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• For Senior level: at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or related role
• For Junior level: 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst or related role
• Experience working on software development or system implementation projects
• Familiarity with SDLC and/or Agile methodology
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in retail, convenience store, or consumer-facing business environments
