We're looking for a Software Engineer (Java/Spring boot) who cares about the quality of what they ship not just whether it works, but whether it's built right. You'll be part of an engineering team that moves fast, holds high standards, and genuinely believes that good code makes a difference to the people using the product.

In this role, you will get to:

• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code that meets the team's coding standards and contributes to overall application performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews both giving and receiving constructive feedback to help maintain code quality across the team
• Develop features and backend services using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js within a microservices architecture
• Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively, applying the right tools and approaches to identify root causes and resolve them
• Collaborate closely with BAs, SAs, and teammates to translate business requirements into working technical solutions
• Follow the software development life cycle and internal engineering processes from sprint planning through to deployment
  
  

You’ll be successful if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Solid development skills with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in an agile environment
• Strong working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot for backend, with familiarity in Node.js
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and working within a microservices architecture
• Good understanding of at least one relational database PostgreSQL experience is preferred
• Familiarity with containerisation and infrastructure tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure we don't expect mastery of all, but a willingness to learn
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
• Thai National or currently based in Bangkok

It’s Nice If You Have:

• Experience in fintech, e-wallets, or financial services
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure
• Experience with automated or integration testing frameworks beyond unit tests
