About the job 

We are hiring Senior AI Project Manager. You’ll be the person who carries AI product into the business, working across a wide and diverse set of stakeholders to drive real adoption. This is a senior project manager, hands-on role on a contract based in Thailand. (open to foreign nationals based in Thailand)

In this role, you will get to:

• Lead the internal roll-out of a conversational, agentic AI project, owning the plan, timelines, and delivery of adoption across the organization.
• Partner closely with the internal product owner and technical team as a hands-on delivery partner embedded in the work, not a separate workstream.
• Map and assess a wide and diverse stakeholder landscape across functions and markets, and coordinate engagement across all of them.
• Co-facilitate discovery workshops to capture, prioritize, and categorize use cases separating common cross-market needs from market- or division-specific ones.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology: translate business questions into what the tool can deliver, and manage expectations on both sides.
• Drive the creation of training materials, communication assets, and enablement plans that move users from awareness to active use.
• Manage the L1 support and feedback loop, prioritizing improvements and tracking adoption metrics.
• Oversee system access control and governance as the product scales across markets.
• Manage risk, resistance, and dependencies, keeping diverse stakeholders aligned and moving.
  
  

You’ll be successful if you have:

• At least 8 years of project management experience, ideally including technology or product roll-outs in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience driving AI / GenAI adoption or closely adjacent technology adoption within complex organizations.
• Proven ability to manage and align a wide, diverse range of stakeholders across functions, seniority levels, and markets.
• Strong facilitation, business analysis, communication, documentation, and training skills.
• Solid grounding in change management practices alongside delivery management.
• Fluent in English (working proficiency in Thai is a plus).
• Eligible to work in Thailand (open to foreign nationals based in Thailand)
• Experience in luxury retail or retail is a strong plus
