
Lead Technician, Drywall Install
Are you ready to take your craftsmanship to the next level? We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Drywall Installer to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Finish drywall surfaces, including taping, sanding, and applying joint compound.
- Apply materials to ceilings and interior walls with precision.
- Repair, patch, and paint drywall and stucco to restore a flawless appearance.
- Perform demolition work and occasional concrete repairs, remove all debris, and work in a clean manner.
- Utilize hand and power tools efficiently and safely. (hopper, brushes, caulking guns, etc.)
- Maintain high-quality standards in every project you take on.
- Document service calls and notify Install Coordinators upon completion of jobs.
- Additional responsibilities as directed by the Plumbing Managers.
What We’re Looking For
- Craftsmanship: Strong knowledge of drywall, stucco, and painting techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in delivering precise, high-quality work.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor weather conditions and tight spaces.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable.
- Physical Ability: Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and performing repetitive physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and overhead work.
Qualifications
- Experience with drywall finishing, stucco patching, and painting.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in construction or repair.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance and work well under pressure.

Pay Range
$23 - $25 USD
