Position Summary:
As Treasury Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting treasury and debt management activities including forecasting, budgeting, and management of securitization programs. Responsibilities of the Treasury function include (but are not limited to): oversight of various credit facilities, monitoring debt compliance, financial modeling, collateral analysis, review of KPIs, preparation of presentation materials, and managing rating agency and lender relationships. The role will require the individual to act as a liaison between various finance and operations teams and the corporate treasury function.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of the overall capital structure, including compliance with all lender deliverables and debt covenants;
- Maintain securitization program by completing monthly servicer reports, and monitoring eligibility requirements across multiple function areas;
- Manage the end-to-end process for the on-going securitization funding;
- Assist in the optimization of the overall capital structure through various financing initiatives;
- Data analysis and monitoring of collateral to support corporate and securitization debt;
- Partner with broader finance function to monitor cash and debt levels
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in treasury management processes;
- Develop presentations for lenders, rating agencies and Private Equity sponsors
- Ad-hoc requests from Private Equity sponsors;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 7+ years experience in a Treasury or Finance function
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large quantities of data to identify trends, assess commercial impacts, and communicate results or recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with the Executive Leadership Team
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize, critically analyze, solve and where appropriate, escalate issues
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
