Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst III will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Pro and WFM system, ensuring data integrity, and providing advanced support to HR team members and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro & WFM, advanced support and guidance to HR team members and managers
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro & WFM system settings, including employee data, pay policies, benefits, leave plans, accrual policies, time & attendance and leave management
- Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using UKG Pro's reporting tools, BI
- Provide training and support to HR team members and other system users on advanced UKG Pro & WFM functionality and best practices
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with UKG Pro & WFM product releases and new features, providing recommendations for system optimization and integration with other HR systems
- Develop and execute testing plans for system updates, patches, and enhancements
- Lead HRIS projects including system integrations, data migration and new module implementation
- Performing in-depth system analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
- Create and maintain documentation on HRIS processes
- Train/Mentor HRIS Analysts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience working with UKG
- Advanced knowledge of UKG system configuration, reporting, and workflow capabilities
- Experience with UKG Pro integrations, such as UKG Dimensions and UKG Ready
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
- Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG Pro and WFM
- Advanced understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
