Pay: $125,000 per year plus bonus opportunity 
Location: Remote plus travel. Candidates currently residing in AZ, OK, or KS are highly preferred.

Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with the VP, Field & Sales, Sr. Manager, National Sales, Area Sales Managers, Area Operations Managers, regional marketing teams, and corporate support to enhance overall sales efforts. This role ensures alignment with the Service Experts Business Model and established best practices to drive sales growth and performance excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and corporate leadership to execute promotions, pricing strategies, and lead-generation programs.
  • Conduct and manage key performance indicator (KPI) tracking for sales goals.
  • Build growth strategies for entering new markets or channels.

Team Development and Performance Management

  • Train, hire, and assist in compensation planning for RSCs, Area Sales Managers, and Sales and Service Coordinators.
  • Create and lead engaging sales contests and initiatives to motivate teams.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs to review sales techniques, pricing strategies, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, setting clear performance expectations and conducting frequent reviews.

Sales Operations and Reporting

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, providing accurate forecasts and detailed performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with dispatch and SSC teams to optimize the efficiency of lead generation and customer debriefing processes.

Revenue and Agreement Growth

  • Promote and drive the growth of Service Agreements and Advantage Program sales to achieve established targets.
  • Develop self-generated and technician-generated lead channels to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to established pricing strategies and profitability goals.

Health and Safety Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in health and safety compliance, participating in and supporting safety programs and initiatives.
  • Review accident trends, address safety concerns, and correct unsafe conditions in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Conduct or facilitate safety training, observations, and incident investigations as required by company programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong people management, leadership, and professional skills.
  • Proven ability to train and coach high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office software.
  • Multi-location sales force management experience with a consultative and collaborative selling approach.
  • In-home selling experience is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze pricing and competitive positioning to drive margin dollars.
  • Availability for travel within the region as required.
