Position Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the content planning and execution for email, SMS, and organic social media (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) campaigns for Service Experts. This role blends marketing strategy, customer journey mapping, and cross-channel campaign execution to deliver impactful, measurable campaigns that build long-term customer relationships.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Regional Marketing Managers (who serve as the bridge to our national Centers) and external agency partners to manage the full campaign lifecycle—from planning to reporting and optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

· Develop and manage content calendars across email, SMS, and organic social media, aligned to marketing briefs and local market needs

· Own channel segmentation, testing, and performance-driven optimization strategies

· Brief, QA, and collaborate with agencies on creative and technical set up of campaigns

· Monitor campaign results and recommend A/B tests, optimizations, and enhancements

· Schedule and publish social content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

· Engage with the online community and manage social inboxes to build customer relationships and address customer care issues

· Assist in drafting IVR flows and call messaging to enhance the customer experience

· Track call campaign performance and collect customer feedback from regional campaigns

Customer Journey & Lifecycle Campaigns

· Support the development of automated customer journeys (e.g., Welcome series, Membership renewals) across multiple channels

· Contribute to audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage

· Collaborate with Paid Media and Web teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all customer touchpoints

· Identify and escalate broken campaign flows, engagement drop-offs, or testing opportunities

 

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

· 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with direct experience in B2C email, SMS, and/or social media campaign management

· Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

· Experience using social scheduling tools (e.g., Soci, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

· Previous experience writing creative campaign briefs for Creative resources

· Ability to analyze campaign-level data and draw actionable insights

 

Essential Skills:

· Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

· Previous experience writing creative campaign briefs for Creative resources

· Excellent communication and project management skills

· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and grammar

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and marketing automation tools a plus

· Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to tasks

· Creative problem-solving abilities

· Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
