Position Summary: Provides general administrative and customer support to local centers, dealer partnerships, external customers, and internal customers while following and facilitating the standardized processes and procedures set forth for specialized programs outside of normal data and processing at the field level. Provides execution of all new initiatives related to onboarding and welcoming customers, Easy Pay initiatives to drive growth in penetration, renewals of customer contracts, and all other initiatives as directed. Utilizes various computerized systems and software to perform tasks. Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for decision making within assigned guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists dealer partners with questions regarding specific procedures or training needs.
- Tracks and communicates program modifications and updates to the field weekly.
- Leads periodic open forum calls with field team as well as dealer partners.
- Facilitates all UCC-1 filings and releases with our internal UCC team. Maintains those filings for record.
- Collects all PAP forms and enters required information into the billing system.
- Works with the field, dealers, dealer sales reps, and all business partners to resolve all issues.
- Protects the integrity of data per company and GAAP.
- Serves as the main point of contact for all dealer partners.
- Reviews, researches and resolves aged accounts receivables for all dealers and works with internal billing team on resolutions.
- Serves as the main point of contact for dealer customer billing inquiry and resolution.
- Facilitates all buy out requests to include termination of the Advantage Alliance agreement, calculation of the buyout amount, and works with internal termination department to facilitate the process.
- Facilitates all asset transfers and customer information updates.
- Processes all received payments via phone
- Communicates regularly with leadership regarding any trends or areas of opportunity.
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.
- Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned.
- Executes all new initiatives to drive growth and revenue
- Performs outbound calls for contract renewals, Easy Pay penetration, Customer welcome calls and all other initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of general clerical experience.
- Knowledge of generally accepted administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to learn and follow company process and procedures.
- Highly organized
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent customer-service skills, verbal and written, as well as interpersonal skills to include effective customer complaint resolution and the ability to work with a diverse customer population.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers in a pleasant, business-like, and customer-focused manner.
- Ability to work effectively and productively in both a team environment as well as independently.
