Responsibilities

Responsible for simulation analysis and optimization design of power battery modules and system thermal runaway, thermal diffusion and exhaust

Responsible for the mining and application of new technologies, new materials and new processes for thermal runaway protection of battery packs and modules
-
Responsible for the development and optimization design of protective parts and materials for thermal runaway of battery packs and modules, to ensure that the thermal design can meet the needs of thermal runaway and thermal diffusion

Responsible for the simulation analysis and optimization design of battery pack system and module thermal management
-
Responsible for the design of power battery thermal safety related products, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of schemes, and verification of technical solutions

Responsible for the preparation of technical plans for thermal management and the output of relevant technical documents
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Engineering, thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, vehicle engineering, machinery or related field

3 years or above experience in system design and simulation analysis of battery thermal management components, proficient in structural simulation or fluid simulation tools (Fluent, CFX, Star CCM+, etc.), capable of relevant simulation work

Familiar with the development of thermal management-related components, such as heat exchanger (liquid cooling plate), pipeline, heating components, sensors, fire insulation materials and other thermal management components design, selection and application experience

Independent and high quality project completion experience, foreign project experience is preferred
