We are seeking an experienced Design Team Lead to spearhead our dynamic design department. This role plays a crucial part in driving the visual and user experience strategy for our B2B SaaS applications, ensuring innovative and high-quality design outputs.

Responsibilities

Required skills

• 10+ years of experience in designing B2B SaaS applications.
• Proven leadership experience in a design capacity.
• Exceptional knowledge of design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
