The Product Builder Role

We are looking for a Product Builder to join one of our cross-functional teams. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery—ideation, prototyping, validation, implementation and iteration—by working closely with users (internal and/or external), business stakeholders and the development teams.

Key Activities

1. Ideation & Prototyping

  • Collect & refine user needs through interviews and quick experiments
  • Build no-code/low-code prototypes to validate hypotheses
  • Run usability tests and gather feedback to de-risk solutions

2. Build & Deliver

  • Shape & prioritize the team’s backlog with clear, testable MVP definitions
  • Own development readiness: write user stories, acceptance criteria, define success metrics, collaborate with other teams, Business and ESG stakeholder
  • Drive sprint execution: facilitate agile events, gather feedback
  • Integrate automation & AI: design workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make), define triggers/webhooks and craft LLM prompts, scale and ensure maintainability

3. Communication & Visibility

  • Engage Sales, Marketing and Stakeholders: present roadmaps demos and status updates, co-build pilot programs, gather go-to-market input
  • Document features & decision rationale in Confluence, maintain up-to-date runbooks and API docs
  • Evangelize product vision internally and externally: write release notes, train end users, support pilot rollouts

 

Desired Background and Skills

Education

  • Master’s degree in engineering, data science or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in hands-on product development (agile/scrum) and/or builder role

Skills

  • Good knowledge and interest in the fundamentals of IT technologies and Data Driven products
  • Technical aptitude with interest and understanding of Data Driven products
  • Excellent verbal & written communication (FR/EN); facilitation of workshops and conflict resolution skills
  • High autonomy and good organizational skills: able to learn independently and structure complex problems
  • First-hand use of generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) and end-to-end workflow automation

Even better

  • Awareness or interest in ESG, compliance & risk management; able to translate regulations into product scope
  • Knowledge of many agile methods and rituals (Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban / SAFe) may also be a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management: can arbitrate trade-offs between business value, tech effort and risk
