Operations Support

Hybrid Monterrey, Mexico

American farmers have made tremendous technology advancements through hardware improvements and investments in precision agriculture. However, when it comes to the back-office, most farms are decades behind, relying on spreadsheets, filing cabinets, and decades-old on-prem software to recruit, manage, and pay their workforce. Seso is addressing this problem by modernizing the back-office for the farm.

Our mission is to build the premier platform for agribusiness to hire and manage their workforce and improve the lives of agricultural workers. We are addressing American farmers’ biggest pain point - access to qualified labor - through a software-enabled labor solution that automates the H-2A visa. Our  comprehensive HR platform streamlines and automates the hiring process for farms and  seamlessly integrates their efforts across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and insurance while providing workers access to financial services for the first time.

Seso has raised over $60M from Tier I investors including Index, Founders Fund, and Mary Meeker at Bond, and has been recognized with awards including Forbes Rising Stars and Andreessen Horowitz's American Dynamism 50.

About the Role

Before workers start their jobs, each one digitally signs a packet of documents specific to their employer. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support specialist to build those packets. You’ll also help document how our processes work and test new internal tools before they launch. Your work directly helps workers get to their jobs on time.

This is a hybrid in office role, Monday through Friday during business hours. You are required to work in the office 3 days per week.

The address is:

Calle Miguel Hidalgo 330,
Col. Mirador,
Torre Centro Cuauhtémoc, Corporativo Piso 5
Monterrey, Nuevo León.
C.P. 64910

What You’ll Do

  • Build digital document packets in our e-signature platform, including templates, web forms, field mapping, conditional logic, and signer routing (about 70% of your time)
  • Test every packet end to end before delivery
  • Troubleshoot packets already in use
  • Manage a request queue in Airtable, meeting deadlines and keeping status current for the Customer Success team
  • Document processes as you learn them, including steps, settings, and edge cases
  • Test new internal tools before launch and report bugs clearly
  • Propose and support improvements that make our work faster and less error-prone

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent execution. This matters most.
  • Native Spanish and advanced written English. You’ll work with tools, requests, and documentation in English.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, Airtable, or similar tools
  • Clear, organized writing for team communication
  • Curious about how things work and how to make them better

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-signature or PDF form tools (Anvil, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or similar)
  • Software testing or QA experience
  • Familiarity with H-2A/H-2B visas, immigration processes, or employee onboarding

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation
  • Extra December payment equal to 3 weeks of pay, prorated for time worked during the year
  • Medical and dental insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Wellhub membership
  • Flexible PTO with no accrual
  • Company computer
  • Hands-on training from the team and the platform vendor

Diversity is more than a commitment at Seso, it is the foundation of what we do. We pride ourselves on building the premier platform that serves agribusiness and improves the lives of agricultural workers. We believe in diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, ethnicity, national origin and all the other fascinating characteristics that make us all feel welcome.
