About the role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Manager to lead CRM marketing and drive customer conversion through optimized funnel management. This role focuses on maximizing acquisition and conversion using CRM, owned channels, and marketing automation.
The ideal candidate excels in strategy, execution, and reporting, with expertise in email, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns. You will bridge marketing efforts to sales pipelines and customer behavior with data-driven insights, ensuring impactful, scalable processes.
What you'll do:
- CRM Strategy & Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and implement a data-informed CRM marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, with a specific focus on optimizing the customer journey and maximizing conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. This includes detailed customer journey mapping and identification of key touchpoints.
- Conversion Optimization: Design and execute CRM programs and automated workflows specifically aimed at improving conversion rates across all stages of the funnel, from lead capture working with Growth and Demand Gen lead to customer onboarding and beyond. This will involve implementing segmented email and nurture campaigns, personalized messaging, and A/B testing.
- Email and Web Campaign Development: Build workflows, email, and owned property campaigns against segmentation with relevant messaging and engagement data, targeting to drive conversion optimization and funnel management.
- Funnel Analysis & Reporting: Establish and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire marketing and sales funnel to show impact on growth. Clearly demonstrating the impact of growth and CRM initiatives on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue. Connect all paid and owned marketing activities directly to revenue and activation outcomes.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage data analytics to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization. Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in CRM performance.
- Operational Process Development: Build and refine operational processes for CRM marketing activities, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
- Collaboration: Ability to closely collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps and Analytics
- CRM & Marketing Automation Optimization: Own the ongoing optimization of our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms to ensure seamless data flow, efficient workflows, and effective campaign execution with data, sales, and revenue operations partners. Advise on new tools and trends to pilot.
What you’ll need:
- 8+ years of experience in b2b SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on CRM marketing, email, lifecycle, conversion optimization, and funnel management.
- Experience in building and optimizing operational processes within a marketing organization.
- Success in designing and executing data-driven CRM programs that boost conversion rates, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
- Deep understanding of GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Koala) and marketing automation tools.
- Has an analytical mindset and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience in linking marketing activities to sales outcomes through robust reporting and analysis.

Compensation:
This role has an annual starting salary range of $144,000 - $181,000 + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
