About the role:

At Settle, we're dedicated to fueling the success of a range of businesses in the CPG industry through effective cash flow management. Since the company’s inception in 2019, we’ve been building a cash flow management platform that allows our customers to easily manage their company’s financial health with a mix of accounts payable and flexible financing tools.

We have big ambitions for revenue growth and are investing in our GTM team and strategies. This includes doubling down on our partnerships with accounting firms, accountants, and fractional CFOs as a major growth pillar for the company. The Partner Account Executive is focused on identifying, acquiring, nurturing, and expanding relationships with these partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a deep understanding of accountants and their workflows and is eager to help lay the foundation for a new team. You'll grow the number of accountants using Settle’s payment and cashflow management platform and meet monthly revenue goals with accountant partner needs at the forefront.

We're looking for someone who proactively identifies opportunities and devises innovative strategies to elevate our customer service. You should thrive on understanding our accounting partners’ needs and contributing to product development. Adaptability is key, as we embrace a culture of continuous learning, growth, experimentation, and agility.

What You'll Do:

  • Unlock revenue growth by increasing the use of Settle’s monetizing product features through Accountants and their clients.
  • Achieve the ambitious goals set for you by learning how to effectively convey value to our partners and by looking for ways to work more efficiently through time management and suggesting opportunities to improve our sales process.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on Partner opportunities, document partner engagement activities, and develop consistent repeatable tasks that drive partner growth.
  • Contact accountants and bookkeepers that Settle’s small business customers have invited through the Accountant’s role at the client and ensure that they have successfully signed up for the Settle Client Portal.
  • Show how Settle builds better payment and cash flow management solutions for growing businesses by providing the attention and service they deserve.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand the firm’s structure, current needs, and opportunities to enhance their client accounting services with better banking solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training of Settle’s purchase order, bill pay, and working capital solutions.
  • Introduce and present Settle’s accountant partner program benefits, and represent Settle at accounting & bookkeeping conferences.
  • Host accountant partner webinars showcasing Settle’s payment and cashflow management solutions to new and existing Accountant partners.
  • Support Accountant partners by assisting customer service to troubleshoot any issues identified and take ownership in order to ensure resolution.
  • Seek product feedback from our Accountant partners to help guide our product development efforts.
  • Build Accountant partner engagement through regular product update calls, business reviews, and partner enablement activities.
  • Prospect for new Accountant partners through outbound sales efforts, conference attendance, and leveraging of existing partner relationships.

 What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years selling SaaS into Accounting & Bookkeeping Firms with a proven track record of being in the top 10%.
  • Have a passion and love of working with Accountant & Bookkeeping partners by providing solutions that enhance their client relationships.
  • Ability to be resourceful and thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to large audiences virtually and in person.
  • Use data to solve problems and drive decision-making.
  • Passion for achieving impact and results that is driven by an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong social selling and persuasion skills with a strong sales process discipline.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
