We are currently seeking a talented and collaborative Facilities Technician to add to our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems and other building systems
• Troubleshooting issues and performing repairs as needed
• Responding to emergency situations such as power outages, equipment failures, and other building emergencies
• Assisting with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Maintaining records and logs of maintenance and repairs performed
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of equipment and tools, and supplies
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor carpentry
• Occasional overtime

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a facilities role with corporate, start-up, or high-growth companies.
• Relevant work experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of basic repairs and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with other staff members and customers
• Be familiar with safety protocols and procedures
• Be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform other physically demanding tasks, so physical fitness is essential.
