The Team and Role

In this multi-functional role of Revenue Operations Coordinator, you’ll support our rapidly growing Revenue Organization and play a critical role in supporting the streamlining of our revenue initiatives and processes.  This role reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations  with frequent collaboration with other members of the Data, Analytics, and Operations team. 

The Revenue Operations Coordinator will work closely with our revenue-facing teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing as well as our internal operation teams such as People, GTM Operations and Finance to drive efficiencies and provide day-to-day support. Our ideal candidate is passionate about furthering their career in Revenue Operations. They are eager to demonstrate their experience while learning and understanding the technology and business needs driving our Revenue Organization. The Revenue Operations Team (e.g. “RevOps”) is composed of innovative members driven to solve some of the more unique challenges within SevenRooms. Our team is responsible for the overall effectiveness and productivity of the organization, and we do this cross-functionally within SevenRooms to advance initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of SevenRooms’ tech stack, reporting tools, revenue teams, and supporting processes
  • Become an subject matter expert of our Salesforce front-end environment to support our RevOps team in testing, documenting, and organizing new processes prior to release
  • Monitor, optimize, and ensure data integrity in our core platform, Salesforce, as well as other revenue business systems
  • Own the balance with our users in unblocking impacts to their Standard Operating Procedures while encouraging individual ownership of their data integrity 
  • Manage relevant Slack communication channels and existing RevOps processes in order to respond and resolve to requests/issues and support the day-to-day needs of our Revenue Organization
  • Document existing processes and suggest enhancements to optimize and scale with the growing business and coordinate with the GTM Operations team and initiatives
  • Assist our RevOps development team in post deployment steps such as reporting updates, historical backdates, and field visibility
  • Identify issues, brainstorm solutions, and resolve impacts quickly for our Revenue Organization, enlisting the help of team members as needed

Who You Are

  • 1-3+ years in Revenue Operations or related industries 
  • 1-3+ years experience with Salesforce, particularly in SaaS/Tech environment;   certifications a plus
  • Familiarity with other revenue tools such as RingLead, Outreach, Looker, Salesforce Dataloader, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, and DocuSign Gen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and partner with different types of stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and resolution/support skills; ability to think outside the box and offer and implement new solutions
  • Eagerness to jump in and own our support division of the Revenue Operations team
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a cross-functional work environment
  • Have a great sense of humor and bring a little levity to your hard work

  • Equitable compensation: Our compensation packages are based on competitive external market data. At SevenRooms, you can expect to be paid well for your contributions towards transforming the hospitality industry.     • The On-Target Earnings (Base + Annual Bonus) range for this role is $54,000.00 - $62,800.00. This is the range SevenRooms in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
