About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow Seyond’s footprint in Industrial, Security, and Robotics markets across the EMEA region. This role focuses on building and expanding a strong customer base, generating sustainable revenue, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will represent Seyond’s LiDAR sensor portfolio and act as a trusted commercial interface between customers and internal technical teams.

 

Product Portfolio

  • Falcon – Ultra long-range LiDAR sensor family for large-scale, high-performance applications.
  • Robin – Long- and mid-range LiDAR sensor family for flexible industrial, security, and robotics use cases.
  • Hummingbird – Short-range, full solid-state (Flash LiDAR) sensor for compact and safety critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Industrial, Security, and Robotics applications within the EMEA region.
  • Build, expand, and actively manage a strong customer base, including OEMs, system integrators, and solution providers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across Seyond’s LiDAR product portfolio.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Identify customer requirements and work with internal technical teams to define appropriate LiDAR-based solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and contract closing.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent Seyond at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and customer data in CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Industrial, Security, and/or Robotics markets.
  • Established and active network within Industrial, Security, and Robotics ecosystems.
  • Technical understanding of LiDAR, optical sensors, or related perception technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new customer relationships while managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
