Machine Learning Engineer
Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Location: NYC or DC
Reporting To: CEO
About Adelphi: Adelphi is building the data-discovery and data-sharing infrastructure for the U.S. intelligence and defense communities, solving the problem of siloed data and slow intelligence dissemination. Adelphi’s middleware enables secure, federated data discovery, reducing intelligence-sharing time from months to seconds while maintaining strict security protocols.
Our product is AI-enabled middleware software that builds on top of current intelligence applications and brings together publicly available and first-party data to streamline intelligence work. Adelphi’s goal is to dramatically reduce the time it takes for intelligence operators to find which systems contain relevant information on their targets.
About the Role: By joining Adelphi as part of the initial Engineering team, you will be at the forefront of developing secure data sharing middleware in the national security and intelligence sectors. As a key member of our early engineering team, you will play a crucial role in developing the product. Our software will integrate seamlessly into the workflows of Case Officers, Special Ops Officers, and Case Management Officers, ensuring secure and efficient data access throughout the asset recruitment process.
The ML engineer position requires a mix of software development, LLM Ops and secdevops practices, resulting in an exciting, fast paced engineering role. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate experience building, shipping and supporting mission critical services in support of the data pipelines and services that comprise the Adelphi Data platform. This role requires the ability to provide solutions for the full LLM stack - from the OS, storage and network up to the API and transport layer.
Experience in the defense or intelligence fields is a plus, but is not required.
