About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Sharebite’s growth by owning pipeline generation, go-to-market strategy, and marketing execution across the full funnel. Reporting to the SVP of Growth, this role sits at the center of revenue creation and works extremely closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Account Management.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role for a bold, out-of-the-box thinker who has driven serious growth in a startup environment. You bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and are constantly testing new ways to stand out in the market. You are equally obsessed with data, diving deep into performance metrics to understand what works, what does not, and how to scale impact quickly.

You will lead demand generation, ABM, events, and product marketing while building the systems and processes needed to support a fast-growing business. You will also manage a handful of individual contributors while remaining deeply involved in execution and experimentation.

If you thrive on ownership, move quickly from idea to impact, and love blending creativity with rigor, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Growth, Pipeline, and Revenue

  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, with accountability across all stages of the funnel.
  • Develop and execute demand generation and ABM strategies that support sales-led growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts, messaging, campaign strategy, and deal acceleration.
  • Influence late-stage opportunities through tailored programs, events, and sales enablement.
  • Regularly review pipeline performance, campaign impact, and ROI with Sales and Growth leadership.

Product Marketing and Positioning

  • Own core positioning, messaging, and value propositions across channels.
  • Translate customer insights, product capabilities, and market dynamics into compelling narratives.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and competitive insights.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.

ABM, Events, and Brand

  • Lead Sharebite’s ABM strategy across named accounts in close partnership with Sales.
  • Own hosted and sponsored event strategy from concept through execution and follow-up.
  • Build creative, differentiated campaigns that cut through in a competitive B2B landscape.
  • Maintain and evolve Sharebite’s brand presence while supporting revenue goals.

Marketing Infrastructure and Operations

  • Build and optimize marketing processes, systems, and reporting to support scale.
  • Own the marketing tech stack in partnership with Growth and RevOps.
  • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and performance measurement across initiatives.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity while remaining flexible and experimental.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Act as a player-coach, managing a few direct reports while remaining highly hands-on.
  • Mentor and develop team members through clear direction, feedback, and support.
  • Serve as a key marketing voice in cross-functional planning and leadership discussions.
Collaborate deeply with Product and Customer Success to ensure feedback loops and alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS company. Marketplace experience is a big plus
  • Proven experience owning pipeline and revenue targets in a sales-led startup environment.
  • Strong background in demand generation, ABM, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
  • Experience building marketing infrastructure including processes, reporting, and tech stack.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly and creatively.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving clarity and results.
  • Strong cross-functional partner with excellent communication skills.
  • Builder mindset with an owner mentality.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
