Position Overview:
The Reverse Logistics and Refurbishment Coordinator oversees the process of receiving, inspection, screening and testing of products that are returned by customers, as well at product disposition. The Reverse Logistics and Refurbishment Coordinator will collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to oversee the creation and set-up of internal and/or 3rd party reverse logistics and refurbishment program as and when required. They are responsible for coordinating the routing, tracking and inspection of returned items. They will also ensure that all return policies are followed and that customers receive refunds or replacements and per company policy. Additionally, they will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the reverse logistics and refurbishment process. Maintaining records and reporting for logistics and screening operations, as well as monitoring the quality and performance attainment of our 3PL partners will be a key focus of this role. The coordinator must be focused on speed-to-process, speed-to-disposition, quality and accuracy. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement returns and refurbishment management policies and procedures in coordination with company standards to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Set-up internal and/or 3rd party reverse logistics and refurbishment program as and when required.
- Analyze and identify trends in customer returns to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to our products and their applicability to reverse logistics and refurbishment.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions and improve service quality.
- Lead projects and initiatives to optimize reverse logistics and refurbishment processes and reduce costs.
- Generate reports for management on reverse logistics activities, including return rates per SKU, turnaround time and cost analysis.
- Monitor KPIs, drive performance and cost management with vendors and 3rd party vendors.
- Maintain technical proficiency with relevant software and technology used in reverse logistics.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in reverse logistics.
- Experience in product flow, inventory management, audit, qualify control is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of reverse logistics processes, flow and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicable industry and governmental regulations.
Location: Mexico City- Santa Fe Region
Hybrid: 3 days a week in office
