Finance Business Partner, Direct to Consumer 
Battersea / Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Head Office in the Battersea Power Station Development

At SharkNinja, we aim to deliver innovative, high-quality products that enhance the lives of our consumers. We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Manager, FP&A – Direct to Consumer (DTC) to support the financial planning and analysis for our EMEA DTC business. This role will work closely with the regional commercial finance team to drive accountability and ownership across EMEA’s core markets (UK & Ireland, Central Europe (DACH & Poland), France & Benelux) while ensuring alignment with the global playbook.

 

Position Overview:

As the Finance Business Partner for our Direct to Consumer Organisation, you will support financial reporting, sales and margin management, and cross-functional collaboration across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance – EMEA, you will play a critical support role in aligning regional initiatives with global strategies while helping drive process improvements and providing actionable insights for key stakeholders.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll do:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Support the financial reporting process for the EMEA DTC business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of actuals.
  • Assist in the preparation of point-of-sale (POS) reporting, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks across EMEA markets.
  • Perform detailed sales and margin analysis to help optimize regional financial performance and align with strategic objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on pricing, promotional strategies, and customer acquisition efforts.

Regional Support & Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with the commercial teams in EMEA to support financial planning and ensure alignment with regional goals.
  • Act as a regional liaison for the global FP&A playbook, ensuring that EMEA strategies align with global priorities while meeting local market needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support initiatives related to inventory management, go-to-market strategies, and promotional activities.

Process Improvement & Efficiency:

  • Support the development and implementation of best practices for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the EMEA DTC business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of financial models to improve forecasting capabilities and strategic decision-making.

Ad Hoc Support & Strategic Projects:

  • Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects to address evolving business needs in the EMEA region.
  • Provide financial decision support for new product launches, market expansion efforts, and other strategic initiatives.

Some of the skills & experience you'll ideally bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering roles, preferably within e-commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, margin management, and sales analysis in an international or multi-market context (EMEA experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions, building strong partnerships with commercial, sales, and finance teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
