 As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years we have an exciting new opportunity for a Account Director, Packaging for SharkNinja to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join our internal creative agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal keystakeholder relationships with PD and Category Marketing, overseeing packaging projects from ideation, localisation to production, and ensuring the seamless execution of creative solutions. You will act as a key liaison between PD, Cat Mkt, internal agency, global counterparts and external vendors/factories to deliver SharkNinja packaging and collateral that aligns with brand objectives and timelines. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our internal teams ensuring seamless project execution, strategic packaging solutions, and exceptional client service. You’ll manage multiple category accounts across SharkNinja, oversee packaging projects to drive long-term key global relationships with counterparts. 

Client Relationship Management 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key packaging stakeholders within SharkNinja, fostering strong and lasting relationships with Product Development, Category Marketing and Global counterparts. 

• Understand internal client business objectives, market positioning, and brand guidelines to deliver packaging solutions that align with their goals. 

• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and present strategic recommendations. 

Project & Account Management 

• Lead and manage multiple category packaging projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. 

• Oversee the full packaging development process including x 14 languages rollout from briefing for localisation, production, and final delivery. 

• Manage timelines and resource allocation, ensuring high-quality outputs. 

Strategic & Creative Input 

• Provide insights on packaging trends, materials, sustainability, and innovation to enhance client solutions internally for yearly reviews. 

• Partner with global on packaging strategy, brand positioning, and consumer engagement. 

Preferred Qualifications; 

• 10+ Experience managing FMCG, retail, beauty, food & beverage, or luxury packaging projects. 

• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike or Workfront essential. 

• Strong knowledge of packaging design, materials, and production processes. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

• A strategic mindset with a passion for creative and innovative packaging solutions. 

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
