The Sales Operations Manager – Sam’s Club is the primary resource for operational functions associated with forecasting, replenishment, and revenue planning for the SharkNinja business at Sam’s Club.  Key functions will include demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, POS & trend analysis, trade spend management, daily monitoring of overall business trends and operational KPIs.  The Sales Operations Manager plays an important role monitoring real time business issues, interpreting data and serving as the gatekeeper to all forecasting initiatives, both internally and jointly with the customer.  The Sales Operations Manager will work with SharkNinja internal cross-functional resources to ensure business needs are communicated and acted upon in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the monthly consensus forecast process, ensuring timely deliverables
  • Collaborate with finance teams to drive initiatives aimed at optimizing EBITDA
  • Enhance the weekly operational model by formalizing team cadence and daily checkpoints, covering topics such as:
    • In-stock Health
    • Forecast Accuracy
    • Revenue Tracking
    • Trade Spend Management
    • Operational Performance Metrics
  • Lead Joint Business Planning initiatives in collaboration with Sam’s Club
  • Develop and implement strategies for effectively communicating brand-level reporting tools, including:
    • Weekly financial forecast tracking
    • Monthly spend analysis and decision-making platforms
  • Prepare and present financial and booking updates to senior management for Sam’s Club
  • Create and manage the annual Joint Business Plan across all departments
  • Work closely with internal accounting teams and third-party services to reconcile post-audit claims

Requirements:

  • Must LOVE data and being in the DETAILS!
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry
  • Retail Link and Madrid experience required
  • Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with creating and managing Joint Business Plans annual plans desirable
  • Must be detail oriented, able to set priorities, and juggle several tasks within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a positive attitude

 

This position is based in our Rogers, AR office and is Hybrid.
