Job Title: Vice President, Global Creative Excellence

Position Overview:

We are looking for a visionary leader to serve as VP, Global Creative Excellence, someone who can drive a bold and unified creative strategy across global markets. This leader will own the global creative amplification strategy, ensuring SharkNinja’s product stories are not only breakthrough and compelling but also locally resonant and consumer-centric.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success leading creative teams through global expansion, particularly in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, and has a deep understanding of how to scale creative excellence while maintaining local relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Global Creative Strategy: Define and drive SharkNinja’s global creative strategy across all brands and categories to inspire consistent yet market-relevant storytelling.
    • Creative Amplification: Lead the development of global toolkits and frameworks to enable powerful local adaptation without diluting the brand. Partner closely with the Brand Creative Leads to ensure that creative platforms are created with a global mindset and an ability to drive local market demand.
    • Consumer Relevance: Partner with global and regional marketing leaders to ensure all creative work reflects deep consumer insight and cultural nuance across global markets.
    • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, CI, Brand, IMC and Social / Digital teams to bring new products and campaigns to life through high-impact storytelling.
    • Creative Operations & Efficiencies: Establish a scalable model to maximize creative output, manage resources, and streamline global-to-local creative processes.
    • Talent Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing team of creatives and strategists around the world. Champion a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Market Expansion: Guide and adapt creative approaches as we enter new global markets, building world-class work that speaks to consumers in meaningful and exciting ways.
    • Performance Measurement: Implement creative KPIs and measurement tools to evaluate impact and continuously optimize creative strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in global brand or creative leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
  • Proven success in leading global creative strategies with measurable brand impact.
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances and experience working across international markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
