Fall 2025: Product Development Intern, Beverage (early September through mid-December)

Work Period: Early September to Mid-December (open to a starter available in August as well)

Hours per Week: 15-16 hours per week over 2 to 3 days

Location: At least two 5-hour to 8-hour days onsite at SharkNinja HQ (Needham, MA); up to one 5-hour day remote per week. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.  

We are seeking one to two passionate and detail-oriented part-time interns to join our Product Development, Beverage team this fall. This opportunity is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on innovation and consumer-driven product development.

What You’ll Do: 
As a member of the Product Development team, you will support both creative and technical aspects of bringing innovative products to market. This role provides exposure to multiple functions including marketing, engineering, consumer research, and product testing. 

 
You’ll have the chance to: 

  • Collaborate with team members to support upcoming product launches
  • Assist with product packaging updates, instruction guides, and other marketing assets
  • Track and analyze competitors and consumer trends to identify opportunities
  • Help manage item (SKU) creation and accessory development
  • Coordinate internal and external consumer research efforts
  • Analyze consumer feedback and product reviews to surface insights
  • Participate in technical touchpoint analysis of prototypes and builds
  • Coordinate testing sessions and summarize findings
  • Support administrative tasks like sample management and JIRA ticket updates
  • Jump in on ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects as they arise 

What You Bring: 

  • A self-starter attitude with curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Confidence in communicating and collaborating across teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in product development, innovation, and consumer behavior
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with MS Project a plus 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Current student in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program
  • At least one prior internship or co-op in product development, engineering, marketing, or consumer goods
