Job Title: Senior Director Talent Acceleration

Location: Battersea, London, 3 days a week in the office

Would you consider yourself an expert in people? Do you have experience launching learning and driving culture change initiatives? Or have you spent a good part of your career creating experiments that shift behavior, driving product adoption and you’d now like to apply that thinking to how people grow, connect, and thrive at work? Are you familiar with the work of experts in the field such as Rory Sutherland, Richard Thaler, or Susan Michie?

If you're shouting a resounding yes, this might be the role for you. We have laid out a unique set of requirements for this role, so please read the rest of the job description carefully, before applying.

About The Role

As Senior Director, Talent Acceleration (tX), you’ll lead the design and delivery of talent, learning and culture initiatives across EMEA. As a ‘player-coach’, you’ll manage a small, high-impact team focused on leadership development, performance, feedback, and amplifying our unique culture—Outrageously Extraordinary (OE)—in a fast-scaling region.

For this role, we’re particularly interested in people with experience from outside traditional people & culture (HR)— such as marketing, product development, behavioral science, or experience design—who can apply that lens to talent work. You might be a talent development professional who has spent their career in marketing environments, or a career changer who has moved from human-centered fields such as product development, to people and culture. We’re open to speaking to candidates who may not fit ‘traditional’ talent acceleration profile, but who also have a confident grasp of talent acceleration fundamentals: such as onboarding, team performance, leadership, culture and driving learning engagement initiatives.

This role will dual report into both Kenny Temowo (Global Vice President, Talent Acceleration) and Naeem Hatimi (Chief People Officer, EMEA) and will be an integral part of the Talent Acceleration global leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach the EMEA tX team in designing and delivering high-impact talent programs.
  • Apply innovative thinking from marketing, product, behavioral science or psychology to increase engagement with tX initiatives—through viral campaigns, delightful design, or data-informed storytelling.
  • Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to drive DEI, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
  • Use talent analytics to measure impact and inform decisions.
  • Coach senior leaders and high-potential talent across the region.
  • Align talent strategies with business goals in partnership with HRBPs and regional leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and facilitation skill
  • A track record of launching and driving learning engagement, culture or people-related initiatives
  • Deep familiarity with creative or human-centered fields like marketing, behavioral science, product design, or experience design.
  • Experience in a global company with specific expertise in the EMEA region
  • Strong track record in managing organizational change and driving cultural transformation.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Experience working across EMEA in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
