Test Engineer - Leap Phase 1

In certain locations, this position will be hired and employed through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR). SharkNinja will be responsible for the day-to-day work, supervision, and performance management of the role, but the EOR will be the employer of record for legal and administrative purposes (i.e., payroll, benefits, compliance).
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Perform test per Test Protocol and DQTP plan.
- Complete tests per timeline aligned with Test Engineer.
- Collect test data and input to data sheet and submit to Test Engineer.
- Provide the instructions to operators.
- Daily maintain test equipment / test fixture.
- Inform Test Engineer once there is any test issue.
- Inform Equipment Engineer if the Test Equipment/Fixture has abnormality.
- Maintain good 6S work surrounding.
Attributes and Skills
- Degree in a technical discipline eg. Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Material, Industrial science or engineering will be preferred.
- Good English in reading and writing to ensure understand test procedure and prepare test report.
- Good communication skills in English and work collaboratively with teams across UK and US
- Be familiar with international safety standard (such as UL982, UL1026, UL1082, UL1083, IEC60335-1 etc.).
- Familiarity with Microsoft software.
- Operate the Test Gauge, Instrument and Tools correctly.
- Honest, and ensure the test data accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
- 5 years+ working experience in a Laboratory environment.
- Experienced in Household Appliance testing.
- Training with ISO9001 is preferred.
- Excellent English skill.
- Good teamwork spirit.
