About the Programme

Our Finance Graduate Programme is your launchpad into a high-performance, high-growth global consumer business. Over three transformative years, you’ll rotate annually across key finance functions, from FP&A and commercial finance to operations, new product development, and strategic planning, while working toward your CIMA qualification with full support.

We’re looking for people with an outrageously extraordinary mindset, ambitious graduates who see finance not just as a function, but as a force for driving smarter, faster, sharper business decisions.

Year 1 – Build the Foundation
 Start by developing a strong grounding in our core accounting and finance processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in one key transactional area, while building exposure to others. This is where you’ll learn how the fundamentals of accounting support every aspect of our global business and set the stage for more analytical and commercial experiences ahead.

Year 2 – Expand Your Impact
 Broaden your perspective by stepping into commercial and operational finance. Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and supply chain to turn financial data into actionable insights. This is your opportunity to understand what it means to be a trusted business partner in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Year 3 – Lead and Influence
Take ownership of a high-impact project or rotation in areas such as strategic finance, transformation, or global operations. Work alongside senior leaders to shape the financial strategy behind SharkNinja’s next generation of category-defining products and initiatives.
