Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Growth Officer
Location: Needham, MA (Hybrid)
The Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is one of the most critical roles supporting SharkNinja’s global Growth organization. This is not a traditional assistant role—it is a high-caliber, trusted partner to a senior executive who operates at significant velocity, across multiple time zones, and in a constantly evolving environment.
The CGO’s scope spans Growth, Creative, Consumer Experience, global strategy, and cross-functional alignment, requiring an assistant who can operate with precision, judgment, and unwavering discretion. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment and will maintain calm, clarity, and control—even when schedules shift, travel must change last minute, or critical meetings land outside of standard working hours.
This role will occasionally require night meetings, weekend coordination, and international travel, reflecting the global nature of the CGO’s remit. This role also requires to be on site in our Needham, MA HQ.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Executive Support
- Serve as the CGO’s primary business partner, anticipating needs, removing friction, and enabling the executive to operate at peak effectiveness.
- Act as an extension of the CGO—defining priorities, creating structure, and facilitating alignment across leadership teams and global stakeholders.
- Maintain absolute professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment in all interactions.
- Build strong relationships across ELT, VP+ leaders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and improve executive workflows.
Executive Operations & Calendar Leadership
- Orchestrate an extremely complex, dynamic calendar that spans multiple time zones and involves high-stakes, senior-level interactions.
- Prioritize the CGO’s schedule with strategic intention—balancing long-range priorities, key reviews, and urgent business needs.
- Navigate shifting priorities with agility, anticipating conflicts and resolving them before they become issues.
- Coordinate with other senior assistants and cross-functional leaders to ensure flawless execution of business rhythms.
Project, Meeting & Event Management
- Lead planning and execution of major leadership forums, business reviews, global summits, and offsites.
- Manage all logistics for executive visitors, global partners, and cross-functional gatherings—including schedules, travel, materials, and product demonstrations.
- Support organizational and operational initiatives across Growth, Creative, and Consumer Experience in partnership with People & Culture, Finance, and other functions.
Travel & Expense Management
- Manage complex international and domestic travel, including end-to-end itineraries, visas, hotel arrangements, and contingency planning.
- Stay ahead of potential disruptions, making informed decisions to protect the CGO’s time and maintain business continuity.
- Prepare and reconcile expenses and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Operational Excellence & Communications
- Draft and prepare polished executive communications, leadership updates, presentation materials, and confidential documents.
- Streamline processes, improve administrative systems, and adopt the tools needed to support an ELT-level leader.
- Maintain strong awareness of global business hours and be available for occasional after-hours and weekend support based on business demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years supporting a C-Suite leader, global executive, or similarly demanding role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success operating in environments that require speed, flexibility, independent judgment, and a high degree of resilience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Concur, Coupa, and other enterprise systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a bias for action and a polished, executive presence.
- Ability and willingness to support non-traditional business hours and occasional travel in response to the global nature of the CGO’s work.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

$90,000 - $183,000 USD
