Paid Media Manager - Poland
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for accelerating demand, scaling brand presence, and driving measurable growth across SharkNinja’s direct-to-consumer business. This team partners closely with our DTC Regional Team as well as Brand Marketing, Demand Generation, Analytics and Creative.
In this role, you will optimize paid media strategies across key digital channels to deliver high-impact, performance-driven results. You will bring SharkNinja’s Outrageously Extraordinary mindset to how we plan, execute, and scale campaigns,being rarely satisfied, moving with impatience for action, and relentlessly seeking an edge through data, testing, and innovation. You will operate with confidence, communicate for impact, and help ensure our paid media investments deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video to drive revenue, efficiency, and brand growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and pacing to ensure spend is aligned with commercial priorities and delivers strong ROI, demonstrating a relentless drive for edge.
- Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Marketing, Creative and Analytics and regional DTC teams to align paid media plans with broader go-to-market strategies, because winning is a team sport.
- Lead testing and experimentation across audiences, creatives, formats, and platforms, applying a rarely satisfied mindset to continuously improve performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior, translating insights into clear actions and recommendations that move the business forward.
- Work closely with analytics partners to define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting that clearly communicate impact and opportunity.
- Ensure campaigns are executed with precision, speed, and attention to detail, details make the difference at SharkNinja.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging media opportunities, bringing fresh thinking and innovation into the paid media roadmap.
- Communicate results, insights, and next steps clearly to stakeholders, communicating for impact across teams and leadership.
Skills Required
- +3 years of experience and/or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics.
- Experienced in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within eCommerce, DTC, or consumer products environments.
- Hands-on expertise with major paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display & Video 360, TikTok, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization and strategic decisions.
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets and delivering against ROI, CPA, or revenue-based KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the confidence to influence without authority.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
