We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to be our Bloomreach Champion, taking the lead on our Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy beyond implementation. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the CRM team, ensuring they are equipped to execute best-in-class retention, loyalty, and personalisation strategies. 

This is a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our CRM, loyalty, and retention initiatives, with a strong focus on automated, data-led, and omni-channel personalisation. 

What You'll Do:

Lead & Develop Our CDP Strategy – Take full ownership of our Bloomreach (Exponea) strategy, ensuring we fully harness its capabilities to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. 

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Strategy – Develop and execute a roadmap for loyalty, retention, and hyper-personalised campaigns, ensuring we deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. 

Automated Personalisation – Lead the automation of cross-channel messaging, including email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site personalisation to create seamless and relevant experiences. 

Team Leadership & Mentoring – Oversee and mentor the CRM team, providing guidance, upskilling, and fostering a high-performing data-driven culture. 

Data-Led Decision Making – Define key CRM performance metrics, analyse data, and use insights to continuously refine and optimise our customer engagement strategy. 

CDP & Tech Innovation – Act as the internal expert on Bloomreach, embedding best practices in segmentation, automation, and personalisation. 

Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Data, and Digital teams to align CRM efforts with wider business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and customer-first approach. 

What You'll Need:

Experienced CRM Leader – Proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role, ideally within a fast-paced, digital-first or e-commerce environment. 

Bloomreach Expertise – Extensive hands-on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or similar Platform and a deep understanding of how to maximise its potential. 

CDP & Data-Driven Approach – Strong background in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data analysis, segmentation, and customer insights. 

Marketing Automation Specialist – Expertise in automated customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and CRM campaign optimisation. 

Omni-Channel CRM Knowledge – Experience delivering cross-channel CRM strategies, integrating email, SMS, push, and paid channels for maximum impact. 

Loyalty & Retention Specialist – A strong understanding of customer loyalty programmes, retention strategies, and subscription models. 

Analytical Mindset – Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools to extract insights and inform decision-making. 

Strong Communicator & Leader – Ability to influence stakeholders, present insights effectively, and mentor teams to drive CRM excellence.
