What you'll do
As part of SharkNinja’s continued growth across EMEA, we are strengthening our integrated Retail and Field Excellence delivery capability across the region.
The Project Manager – Retail and Field Excellence – EMEA owns the end-to-end master plan across EMEA markets. This includes new product display programmes, Shop in Shop rollouts, refresh cycles, retrofit initiatives, estate maintenance, product sample coordination and post-install field follow-up.
This role is the primary interface between Retail and Field Excellence and the Retail Readiness function. You will lead Retail and Field Excellence deliverables within the ongoing Retail Readiness programme, ensuring display readiness, product availability, demo units and field execution are fully aligned to launch milestones.
You will own timeline discipline, sequencing, physical readiness and delivery accountability through to live trading. This role ensures Retail and Field Excellence activity is fully integrated, commercially aligned and sustained in store across EMEA.
Master Planning & Integrated Roadmap Ownership
- Build and maintain the consolidated Retail and Field Excellence master plan across EMEA markets.
- Integrate NPD launches, refresh programmes, maintenance cycles, sample requirements and field follow-up into one structured roadmap.
- Align sequencing across Shark, Ninja and Shark Beauty.
- Provide clear visibility of what is delivering, when and where.
- Hold accountability for milestone adherence across all lifecycle stages.
End-to-End Lifecycle Management (NPD Planning to Live Trading)
- Own programme timelines from NPD planning and range review alignment through to stable live trading in store.
- Integrate Retail and Field Excellence requirements into early NPD planning discussions.
- Align display strategy, footprint planning and sample requirements with commercial launch phasing.
- Manage timelines across concept, design, manufacture, deployment, product placement and live validation phases.
- Coordinate installation, product arrival and demo readiness to ensure stores are fully launch-ready.
- Partner with Field Excellence to validate execution once live.
- Ensure post-install corrective actions are closed out.
- Maintain ownership of programmes beyond installation through early trading review and stabilisation.
- Execution responsibility spans from initial commercial planning through to sustained in-store performance across EMEA markets.
Retail Readiness Interface
- Act as the lead Retail and Field Excellence representative within the Retail Readiness function.
- Own Retail and Field Excellence milestones within Retail Readiness launch plans.
- Align display readiness, product samples, dummy units and demo stock with central launch cadence.
- Surface risks that could impact store readiness early.
- Drive alignment between Retail Excellence, Category, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
Product, Sample & Demo Coordination
- Own coordination of NPD samples, range review samples and retail demo units.
- Ensure dummy units and hero products are delivered ahead of installation and go-live.
- Align product allocation with Category and Supply Chain.
- Track shipment and delivery milestones for retail display stock and demonstration units.
- Prevent launch delays caused by missing physical product.
Maintenance & Estate Management
- Own refresh and update planning across the installed estate.
- Coordinate graphic updates, SKU changes, compliance improvements and retro-fit programmes.
- Maintain visibility of estate condition and update cadence.
- Ensure updates reflect current product line-ups and priorities.
Field Integration & Live Oversight
- Partner with Field Excellence teams to monitor execution quality in store.
- Capture compliance gaps, damage issues and execution drift.
- Trigger corrective actions and maintenance responses where required.
- Ensure field insight feeds back into future roadmap planning.
- Maintain visibility of live estate condition across EMEA markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in retail programme or project management.
- Experience managing in-store product launches and retail readiness processes.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and field execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain and Sales.
- Experience managing product samples and demo logistics within launch timelines.
- Strong planning, sequencing and accountability mindset.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent written and verbal English is essential.
- Additional European language capability is advantageous.
