Associate Inventory Coordinator
Overview
This Associate Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and materials are received and stocked in the local and satellite office inventories, and for preparing shipments in a manner consistent with best practices and turnaround expectations. This internal customer service-focused position often supports purchasing, inventory transfers, and material maintenance in our system. The range of duties can also include communication on backorders and material ETAs to stakeholders; completion and filing of official documentation; and cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Unloads and loads trucks of palletized and non-palletized product
- Operates forklift to properly store merchandise and materials
- Stocks shelves and supply room(s)
- Picks, packs, and ships daily supply and part orders
- Picks, prepares, and occasionally assembles new equipment
- Fills out bills of lading and paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments
- Tracks incoming and outgoing stock
- Assists in inventory cycle counting
- Maintains overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Assists on deliveries and in the field with installs and related equipment movements as needed
- Assists with daily trash and recycling management
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Individual should be physically fit and be able to lift object weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion as well as walk and remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to drive 15-foot box truck
- Comfort with computers, as you will be expected to use our SAP system to properly manage inventory and transact system movements along with managing certain reports in the system
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks and lift gates
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment a plus
- Forklift experience a plus
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. skills preferred

The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
Compensation Statement
$44,900 - $66,000 USD
