IT OTC Analyst
Overview
The IT OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst is a key member of the Information Technology team responsible for delivering innovative SAP solutions that drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong SAP OTC expertise, a passion for solving business challenges, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or participation in ERP transformation programs is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP OTC modules including Sales & Distribution, Service Management, Rebates, Contracts, and Pricing.
- Support integration with Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), and Supply Chain processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues, including ABAP debugging and interface analysis.
- Lead design, testing, and implementation of SAP enhancements.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution design activities with business units.
- Create and maintain process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, change control processes, and validation procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP projects and ongoing support initiatives.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a complex business environment.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4.
- Exposure to SAP S/4, RISE with SAP, or SAP transformation projects is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
- Experience participating in ERP modernization, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Strong understanding of rebate processing, contract management, pricing, revenue account determination, billing, and customer order management.
- Experience with SAP data structures and the ability to interpret ABAP code for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
Compensation Statement
$95,000 - $115,000 USD
