 Overview

The mission of the C3PO Critical Care Team is to develop the teams’ capability to identify and correct equipment defects and to set and maintain base equipment conditions. These skills enable equipment to always operate at base conditions and extend equipment life through the elimination of forced deterioration. The C3PO Critical Care Team will enable teams to achieve world class targets with 100% engagement and a zero-loss mentality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The C3PO Packer position will be working with a small team from other departments on detailed packaging equipment cleaning.  
• Each day the team works they will be cleaning a different packing line.
• They will be responsible for detailed cleaning of the seasoning equipment, overhead pipes, scales, buckets, framework, bagger, packaging conveyors, case packers, label machines, floors, automation conveyors and any other equipment included in the packaging line.  
• This individual will be trained how to take apart and reassemble all the equipment. 
• They will be trained on the use of chemicals and cleaning equipment such as steamers, floor scrubbers and vacuums to ensure cleanliness, and will maintain necessary records associated with the cleaning tasks and equipment

This position is a non-supervisory role.

Education and Work Experience

• Prior experience in industrial cleaning with the use of industrial power-washing equipment and chemical cleaning a plus, and/or janitorial services cleaning.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which includes exposure to: High temperatures, fumes, or airborne particles; Moving mechanical parts and vibration; Loud noise levels; Allergens; Elevated heights and Hot surfaces.
